    This is a review about the service or should I say the non service I have received through Apria in general. After 7 phone calls to Apria and then one to the Sacramento store. After being told my items would be delivered Thursday evening, hearing the schedule, then seeing there was no schedule online, after being told a supervisor would call me back, after being hung up on, I finally called the Sacramento location. Finally, the items were delivered, just dropped off on the porch, no doorbell rung, no hello through the open door, nothing. The delivery man parked in front of my neighbor's home instead of mine. It has been quite an experience to say the least.

    I called Apria because my oxygen machine kept beeping. I was told they would send someone out to switch out machines within four hours. 9 hours later, still waiting. I'm wondering if they'll come at all. It's not comforting to know you can't depend on the company that provides your oxygen.

    A vast improvement over my previous experiences. Most notable, hold time was minimal. The agent spoke clear English, I wasn’t transferred 8 times. I have had some extremely bad service with this company in the past.

    This company has a well deserved 1.4 star rating. Honestly, I would give a negative star review if I could. I have been trying to order CPAP supplies for 3 years now from Apria. I have Kaiser Permanente as a health care provider and unfortunately Apria is the only place I can get CPAP supplies that are covered by my health insurance. For the past 3 years I have had to use websites like CPAP.com because every time I try to get my CPAP resupply through Apria they always drop the ball on my order. I hope Kaiser changes DME equipment providers so I can actually get CPAP supplies without having to pay 100% out-of-pocket.TL;DR - In short, don't hold your breath if you need DME from Apria. And don't expect to get your order filled.

    My 99 year old aunt has to wear oxygen at all times. She is currently in the hospital. On 10/27/18 the hospital requested home delivery. It is now 10/29 and the delivery hasn’t arrived. As a result, my aunt has to stay in the hospital until they deliver the apparatus. They gave us a time period for when they would deliver; and, so far, they have changed it four times! This is outrageous! I would give them a “0” rating, if I were allowed.

    My mom never had a problem with the services Apria Healthcare provided. They were very prompt. They were there to make sure that my mom's oxygen tanks were full and when there was a problem with her concentrator, they were there with new hoses for it. Whenever there's a problem, they were right on it. I would recommend them to others.
