I stopped here this morning for a wash and haircut. I was told that all customers have to wear a mask which is okay with me even though I am fully vaccinated. I asked if she had any, and yes she did, she could sell me one for a dollar….Really?? I am a potential customer and I have to buy a mask? I left. A box should be at the front so a customer could take one instead of buying one…

Always was pleased here, but on Monday I went in, told stylist i wanted hair Thinned and straightened, She ran thinning shears thir my hair just once, grabbed curling iron and started curling!! Exact opposite of what I asked for. Then waxed my eyebrows and ripped off half on my brow on left side, and said oops!! I have half of one eyebrow. What kind of service is this?? I paid 75$ and walked out looking way worse than when I went in!! NEVER AGAIN!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Met Shelly a few months ago when I was shopping for hair product. My regular hairdresser was on maternity leave & I desperately needed a haircut. My hair is curly and if it is not cut properly it is a disaster to maintain. Had Shelly cut my hair w=& was extremely pleased. Went in to get a hair cut at 330pm on a Sunday. Was told that “If you are not singed up already to come tomorrow” You all close at 6pm not 4pm. Not going back at all. They where 2 people working with customers, no one was waiting.

My 2 boys were taken here by my girlfriend and when they got home none of the lines were straight and their cowlicks weren’t even cut they got a 3 on top and the cowlicks were about 5 inches long. Their was pieces of hair all over the place in patches not even cut sticking out. The lines are so bad in the front it’s like my boys have bangs. And to top it all off I went to call the manager I believe Jessica and it turns out she was the one to cut their hair.

The girl was so tired she kept mentioning needing a nap. 8 hours must be a long shift in the hair business. While she was so bored and tired maybe she should’ve cleaned her station that had multiple tools and towels all over not to mention hair snippings from previous clients. If not for being in dyer need of some color I would’ve gone eleswhere.
