"They Gave me the wrong part and then argued with me when I called to get the right part. today I called first thing in the morning to get the job finished and after an argument was told to come in the afternoon to pick it up. I asked if they could go out and get it right now. Joe told me he’s not going to put aside everything that he’s doing right now for my part. I told him I had a ride right now and he told me to come wait in the waiting room until the afternoon. Then hung up on me by transferring me to a phone that nobody answered. I called back and they hung up on me and told me to find another business to get the part from. The rudest customer service and no accountability for giving me the wrong part and wasting my time. They told me they were going to refund my money and to just go somewhere else. What a joke."
