@jodysrose Ouch. It’s ridiculous here in Carrollton. I live in the city and am on Spectrum with speeds up to 500Mbps. I currently pay for 200 and routinely get 220-250 during a speed test. 2 miles down the road...nothing. No spectrum, No AT&T. It’s awful.

@GetSpectrum Has to be the worst internet service I have ever had to deal with. Ive been on the phone since this morning. Ive been transferred more than 10 times and no one seems to be able to hive me service

I thought @GetSpectrum internet was the worst service ever but I stand corrected @googlefiber is THEE WORST. Been going on 3 weeks with little to no service and no help at all. Yet they make sure they get their money monthly...smh Completely unacceptable

@Ask_Spectrum You can help by fixing the internet but I’ve had like 10 techs in my apartment over the past 4 years and that hasn’t helped. Of course spectrum monopolized my area so there’s literally no other choice but this crappy internet.

@Andres_Gomez22 @GetSpectrum They got good deals; installed a fiber line, and the upfront customer service was AT&T was top-notch. All for $0. Acct Mgr and the install tech were both texting me regarding progress because they knew I was at the office. They also threw in 150.00 in Visa gift cards. Yes, perks!

@Ask_Spectrum What happened in the North Ridgeville Ohio area in the last 6 months? Constant outages and always hearing there was a “problem with the Node”. To continue to have the same issue for months at a time with no resolution is unacceptable.

@Andres_Gomez22 @GetSpectrum On the flip side, I never, ever experienced bad service the entire time I've had Spectrum. AT&T just came out more affordable.

@Ask_Spectrum No I can’t. Constantly getting kicked. Can’t work. Can’t do anything. So annoying. It’s been 5 days how do you all still have no ETA of a resolution. It’s 2023 not 1990
