@GetSpectrum Credit where credit is due. Spectrum fixed the billing issue. It took a little longer than I expected, but it was fully resolved without me paying the incorrect bill

Since @GetSpectrum never works with their customers and there associates are smart asses, we left them. We got @Iglou and I wish I would have switched sooner.

@Ask_Spectrum installed the “new” modem, didn’t work. Support tried & failed to initiate it. Now they tell me a technician has to come out. Everything was working perfectly before the new modem! Scrapped the new one, back to the old one and everything works fine now! Seriously?

@GetSpectrum raising peoples internet prices in the mist of a pandemic when people are working from home is TRASH... and your customer service team is also trash and rude... over them, any suggestions on internet providers in Inglewood besides them because its time for a switch

.@Ask_Spectrum - terrible experience. You cut off our WiFi tonight mid @hulu program at 7:45. We have spoken to 7 people this eve because you messed up when we asked to UPGRADE! Still not correct 2.5 hrs later. Unreal incompetence. Can’t WFH or SFH tomorrow.
